prepreg in lamination and molding. The process is using EPS mandrel to get perfectly layup surface for each

carbon layer.

You could not find any local fiber wrinkle and avoid in each layer. The outer layer takes advantage of 3K carbon

weave and Ti mesh with sanding painting to provide very nice out looking and high frication resistibility.

The carbon fiber research and development engineers have taken the best designs for the handlebar to be

qualified by CEN14766:2005.CEN14766:2005 4.7.6.4 and CEN14766:2005 4.7.7 testing standard.
